Canceling a scheduled interview is quick and easy. View your calendar from your main dashboard by clicking on the calendar in the dropdown or clicking on View Calendar.

Click on the interview you would like to cancel and then hit the Cancel Interview button.

You can send the cancellation with or without a note. This will remove the event from your connected calendar, your applicant’s calendar, and the calendar within the system.

Activity will be tracked in the applicant’s profile noting when the interview was canceled.

If the applicant declines the invite, you will get a dashboard notification that the applicant declined, and the interview will also be removed from all calendars.
